Tristan Montgomery

Tristan Montgomery began his career as a banker for JPMorgan Chase in 2008.  In 2016, he shifted from banking to wealth management where he began working closely with Michael Hasbach.  Tristan takes a priority in building client relationships, and enjoys taking ownership of needs or issues if they arise, seeing them through to completion. His primary role on the team is to handle new account openings, client service requests, and connect clients with other partners within Merrill for needs such as lending, banking, etc.

Tristan was born in Detroit, MI and got to Texas as fast as he could after graduating with his bachelor's degree in Economics from Michigan State University. He currently resides in Fort Worth, where he enjoys spending time with his wife and 5 children. Whether it be kids' sporting activities, his church involvement, visiting restaurants, or traveling to a new destination, he prioritizes having experiences that last a lifetime with the ones he loves.  He takes this same family approach to his clients as he knows what he does every day helps clients to make living life to the best of their ability possible.
