Gregg focuses on helping clients develop wealth strategies that address their financial needs, such as retirement income planning. He joined Merrill Lynch Wealth Management in 1994 with four years of financial services experience and has been resident director of the firm’s East Texas office since 2009. Gregg also concentrates on wealth management strategies and identifying appropriate third-party investment managers for clients, and he is, in addition, responsible for creating a positive, client-focused culture in the office. As the local market leader of the Bank of America Charitable Foundation, Inc., he helps determine how the foundation awards grants to community organizations in Smith County, Texas.
Gregg holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER®, CFP® certification, awarded by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc., and is a member of the Financial Planning Association. He earned his bachelor’s degree in finance at Stephen F. Austin State University.
A native Texan, Gregg enjoys outdoor sports—especially golf, hunting and fishing. He also serves on the board of the East Texas Food Bank. Gregg and his wife, Rebecca, live in Tyler with their two children, Sarah and Cash.
