William earned his bachelors degree in International Business at St. Mary's University in San Antonio, Texas, and an M.B.A. in Accounting and Finance at Regis University in Denver, Colorado. He is an active member of the San Antonio Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, and A.C.T.S. team member at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church in Selma, Texas. William enjoys archery, and spending time with his two daughters, Faith and Hope.
