Paola joined Merrill in 2024 and quickly demonstrated a strong commitment to professional growth, earning her FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 registrations after successfully passing the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) Exam. She gained valuable experience serving clients throughout the Philadelphia market as a Financial Solutions Advisor.
Before joining Merrill, Paola spent more than a decade in banking, beginning her career at Fulton Bank in 2012. From her start as a bilingual teller to her role as a Relationship Banker, she developed a client-centered approach focused on building meaningful relationships and delivering personalized financial guidance to diverse communities.
 
Originally from the Dominican Republic and raised in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, Paola brings a unique blend of professional expertise, leadership, and community engagement to her work. Outside of her financial advisory practice, she is the Owner and Director of Controla Dance Academy in South Philadelphia, where she leads a team of instructors and fosters community through dance education and cultural events.
