Dean's financial and investment experience began in 1993. Prior to joining the Merrill family, Dean worked at a fortune 500 company and held a CPA position with a big four accounting firm (Dean does not provide tax advice in his current role). He graduated from the University of Puget Sound with a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting and Marketing. Through his client-oriented focus and wealth management skills, he feels that clients are well positioned to meet their specific long-term investment and retirement goals. Dean was a Founder of the R.L. Woolworth Foundation that benefited children and the fight against cancer. Dean lives in the Lake Oswego area with his wife, Kerrie, and their two children. Dean enjoys local theatre, caddying for his young aspiring golfer and a good burger and beer.
