Rich Ciufo began his career at Merrill in November of 2021. A Long Island, New York native, Rich was raised with his one brother and attended Patchogue-Medford Highschool and Phillips Academy in Andover, MA. He earned his bachelor’s degree in economics from Brown University in 2020 while leading the Brown Bears baseball team as captain for his junior and senior years. He then earned his master’s degree from the University of Richmond, where he was a member of the Richmond Spiders baseball team. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends, playing golf, and traveling.
