Nicole's primary objective is to do everything in her power to help her clients meet their objectives. She develops relationships with individuals and families, working to understand their needs, both short- and long-term goals, as well as their personal and professional aspirations. No two individuals are the same, nor are two families, which is why her approach to wealth management is data-driven, dynamic and customized. She leverages her prior work experience and skillset and collaborates with individuals and families to develop a clear strategy and path to help achieve their goals. Nicole believes there is tremendous value in applying the player-coach mentality to her practice, taking on the coaching role to help players fulfill their greatest potential across all facets of their lives, and leaving a legacy for the next generation.
Prior to joining the Mouro Group at Merrill Lynch Wealth Management, Nicole spent over seven years working in the alternative investments space. Most recently, Nicole was at iCapital, the alternative investment fintech company, where she was responsible for business development and sourcing new partnerships with RIA clients as well as third party platforms. Prior to iCapital, Nicole worked in business development covering institutional clients at the London-based hedge fund, Man Group, building customized solutions for endowments, pensions, and other institutions. She started her career on the investment team covering the consumer/retail sectors at CCMP Capital Advisors, a private equity firm based in NYC.Nicole received her undergraduate degree from Cornell University and resides in Manhattan with her husband, Robert, and goldendoodle.
