Ravit joined Merrill in 2005 as a Wealth Management Advisor. In addition to her role serving high-net-worth families, she is part of the Western Long Island Market management team - leading the Long Island South Shore office as the Resident Director.
She has earned the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor™™ designation, awarded by the College for Financial Planning Institutes Corp. She is also a Merrill qualified Portfolio Manager who, in addition to providing traditional advice and guidance, can help clients pursue their objectives by managing on a discretionary basis her own Personalized or Defined Strategies, which may incorporate individual stocks and bonds, Merrill model portfolios, and third-party investment strategies.","Ravit is a graduate of The Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College in New York City, with a Business Bachelor’s Degree concentrating in Finance and Economics.
She was born and raised in Israel, where she also served as a sergeant in the Israeli Defense Forces for two years. Before arriving to the U.S. in 1998, she spent a year and a half traveling in South America on a quest to explore new places, communities, cultures and acquire new experiences.
She speaks fluent Hebrew and conversational Spanish.
She currently resides in Lido Beach with her husband & their 3 children.
Driven by a passion for mentoring and empowering others to achieve personal, professional, and leadership excellence, she has been actively involved in numerous initiatives across Merrill and the broader community.
In 2020, she co-founded the Women’s Exchange Chapter of Long Island and served as Co-President through 2024. She has since been nominated to serve as Merrill’s Northeast Divisional Liaison on the Women’s Exchange National Leadership Team.
Additionally, she is a key leader in the local Advisor Growth Network, focusing on Financial Planning, and proudly represents Bank of America/Merrill as an ambassador to the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) NYC Chapter.
