Hal has been employed with Merrill Lynch Wealth Management since May of 1989. He graduated from The State University of New York at Albany with a bachelors degree in economics. Hal holds the Certified Investment Management Analyst® (CIMA®) designation, awarded by Investments & Wealth Institute™. He also holds the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor, CRPC® designation.
I follow the deep-seated Merrill tradition of participating in the communities we serve. This drives my interest in spending time volunteering with organizations in our community.
