Roxane has worked closely with families in accomplishing their goals for impactful wealth and wealth planning.  With Roxane, clients have a long standing relationship provider and coordinator with a compassionate understanding of the needs of the family.  Roxane has extensive experience planning and managing all types of trusts.  She has been working with Special Needs Families and Special Needs Trusts for nearly 20 years.  Roxane has been an advisor with Merrill Lynch Wealth Management since 1999. She is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER^™, CFP^® certificant, a designation awarded by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standard, Inc. Roxane holds the CPA credential and is a member of the American Institute of CPAs^® (AICPA) but does not provide tax advice as an advisor with Merrill. Roxane graduated with a Master of Science degree in Accounting from the University of North Texas. She also holds the Series 7, 63, 65 FINRA registrations, as well as mortgage and insurance broker licensing. Civically, Roxane is a past president of the Arc of Dallas advocating for the rights of those with intellectual and developmental disabilities.  Roxane has been married to Ken Rose for 30 years and has two dogs, Zia (basic Cow Dog Rescue) and Elroy (German Shepherd).
