For nearly three decades, Roxane has partnered with families to help them pursue meaningful wealth management and wealth strategy goals. She is known for cultivating long‑standing relationships and serving as a trusted coordinator with a compassionate understanding of multi‑generational family needs.
Roxane brings extensive experience in planning and administering a wide range of trusts, with a particular emphasis on Special Needs Trusts and supporting families with unique or complex circumstances. She has been an advisor with Merrill Lynch Wealth Management since 1999 and holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER®, CFP® certification, awarded by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc.
In addition, Roxane is a retired CPA and a member of the American Institute of CPAs® (AICPA), though she does not provide tax advice in her role at Merrill. She earned a Master of Science in Accounting from the University of North Texas and maintains Series 7, 63, 65, 9 and 10 FINRA registrations, along with mortgage and insurance broker licenses.
Beyond her professional work, Roxane is a past president of The Arc of Dallas, where she advocated for the rights and inclusion of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. She and her husband, Ken, have been married for 37 years and share their home with two English Cream Golden Retrievers, Leeloo and Moose.
