Stephanie Malewski brings more than 25 years of experience in the financial services industry to her role as Assistant Vice President and Wealth Management Advisor at Merrill Lynch Wealth Management. Since joining Merrill in 2013, Stephanie has been dedicated to helping individuals, families, and businesses create personalized strategies to achieve their financial goals—whether planning for retirement, managing investments, or navigating major life transitions.
Stephanie’s approach begins with listening. She takes the time to understand each client’s unique circumstances, priorities, and aspirations. From there, she develops tailored solutions designed to align with their values and long-term objectives. Her goal is to simplify complex financial decisions and provide clarity, confidence, and peace of mind.
Before becoming a financial advisor, Stephanie built a strong foundation in financial analysis and strategic planning as a business manager and analyst. This experience sharpened her ability to evaluate opportunities and manage risk—skills she now applies to every client relationship. She is deeply committed to putting clients first, delivering exceptional service, and fostering enduring partnerships based on trust and collaboration.
Beyond her professional work, Stephanie is a passionate advocate for individuals with special needs, inspired by personal experience. She actively supports community initiatives that promote inclusion, environmental sustainability, and the arts. Stephanie serves on boards and participates in organizations that reflect these values, finding fulfillment in helping others navigate both financial complexities and life’s transitions.
A lifelong supporter of the visual and performing arts, Stephanie believes creativity fosters resilience and connection. She gravitates toward individuals and organizations that share these passions, enriching her work and community involvement.
Stephanie holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER®, CFP® certification and maintains Series 7 and Series 66 FINRA registrations. She is licensed in New Jersey and Florida for Life and Health Insurance. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Magna Cum Laude with Honors, from Fordham University and also attended the Hartt School of Music.
My mission, first and foremost, is to understand you and what matters most to you. Armed with that information I can ask thoughtful questions -- listening carefully, then understanding in detail where your wealth stands today and where you'd like it to be tomorrow. I help you design and implement a personalized plan intended to help you and your family pursue financial goals while helping manage investment risk. My approach is to focus on potential solutions that can help turn goals into reality.
