Victor joined Merrill Lynch Wealth Management in April 2015 after starting a career in financial services with New York Life in 2009. He was able to build a process based on assisting individuals, families and business owners with their wealth management needs and was then promoted to Partner. Prior to a career in financial services, Victor worked for ten years as a legal professional at Am Law 100 law firms in Washington DC and New York.*

As a Financial Advisor and Senior Portfolio Advisor with Merrill, Victor focuses on building relationships and helping growing and successful business owners that seek an advisor who is exhaustive, trustworthy and forthright in helping serve clients with their financial strategies. He is driven to provide value, an advising process and strategy based wealth management through ongoing communication and comprehensive use of Merrill resources.

Victor has a deep understanding of the often complicated financial needs of entrepreneurs and business owners — from financing and growing a business, to succession strategies, and employee benefits. Victor leverages the investment insights of Merrill and the banking convenience of Bank of America. Victor's approach is consultative and committed to excellence. First, Victor takes the time to listen to client financial situations, preferences and goals, including time horizon, liquidity and risk tolerance. Second, he offers recommendations designed to pursue each client’s income and growth objectives. Then, he follows up with discussions covering a wide range of services, leveraging the investment insights of Merrill and the banking convenience of Bank of America.

Victor earned an undergraduate degree in History and Political Science and a graduate degree in History both from Rutgers University. He was also an adjunct instructor at Hudson County Community College. In 1996 Victor was a White House Intern and received a Fellowship from the Washington Center. In 2004 he received an appointment to the FBI Academy. He is an avid Rutgers football fan and season ticket holder since 1999. Victor is also a native Spanish speaker and a member of Lambda Theta Phi Latin Fraternity since 1994.

Victor lives with his wife, Aidette and their two children in Montgomery, New Jersey.
