Stephan believes that client relationships are a lot like marriage. Through good times and bad, he is committed to doing nearly everything he can to help you make your financial life run smoothly. Then, through data-driven analysis, he can assist you in validating whether they are realistic. With that as your foundation, he can work with you on a disciplined, long-term approach to help you pursue your goals.

Prior to joining Merrill in 2013, the majority of Stephan’s professional experience was based in New York City. He worked on Wall Street as an equities trader and stockbroker, beginning his career during the 2008 financial crisis. Stephan had a front row seat to the challenges many families faced brought on by the crisis. That experience has strengthened his commitment to offering insights to help guide clients through difficult times.

Stephan is a graduate of Fairleigh Dickinson University with a Bachelor’s degree in finance. He has a passion for classic and modern cars and one of his future goals is to expand his personal collection. He currently resides in Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey with his wife and two children. Stephan enjoys speaking to students about personal finance, volunteering his time in local high schools and with the Boys and Girls Club in South Jersey.
