Michael has been a Wealth Management Advisor with Merrill for over 30 years. His focus is on developing strategies and making recommendations for high-net-worth families, their businesses, and organizations to help them meet their short- and long-term financial goals.
Michael’s planning based approach to wealth management is consultative and committed to excellence. First, he takes the time to listen to and review client financial situations, preferences and goals. Second, he offers recommendations for asset allocations designed to accurately reflect each client’s growth and income expectations. And third, he follows up with discussions covering a wide range of opportunities, including investments, retirement concerns, business continuity and transition planning, estate planning services and philanthropic goals.
Michael graduated from the University of Michigan in 1986, with a B.A. in psychology and concentration in business. He is an active leader in the community. Some of his outside activities include serving as Chairman of the Grosse Pointe Farms Foundation, volunteering at Gleaners Community Food Bank and being a past President of the Detroit Athletic Club. Michael and his wife, Tamra, live in Grosse Pointe, Michigan, with their two daughters.
