Jennifer Mains joined Merrill in 1995 and has been a financial advisor since 2002. She is part of The Briggs Group, which also includes financial advisors Steven Briggs and Alex Wint, Senior Consultant Barry Barber and wealth management client associate Erica Fox. Her focus is on goals based planning and developing strategies for high-net-worth individuals, their families and their businesses to help them meet their short-and long-term financial goals.
Her approach to wealth management is consultative and objective, and she is committed to providing excellent service. First, she takes the time to listen to and review client financial situations, preferences and goals. Then, she offers recommendations for asset allocations designed to accurately reflect each client's income and growth expectations as well as time horizon, risk tolerance and liquidity needs while also taking into consideration costs.
Finally, she follows up with regular reviews to help track your progress toward reaching your goals and keep your strategies consistent with any changes that may take place in your life. Jennifer holds her Series 7, Series 66 FINRA registrations and Accident, Life & Health Insurance licenses. She has earned the Chartered Retirement Planning CounselorSM designation, awarded by the College for Financial Planning Institutes Corp. She is a 1993 graduate of Michigan State University, with a B.S. in Public Resources Management. She is an active member at the Detroit Athletic Club. She and her husband, Bill, reside in Waterford, Michigan, with their two children.
