Before investments are considered, David and Kelly help clients explore and identify goals that hold meaning for themselves and their families. Special efforts are also made to engage spouses and partners on matters that affect retirement, estate and philanthropic planning strategies.

Having known many clients for decades, The Lusteg Dwyer Group now serves families in Massachusetts, New England, and nationwide – physicians, dentists, executives, business owners and retirees. The team’s holistic, forward-looking approach is designed to help clients prepare for desired retirement lifestyles, as well as unlikely circumstances.

“We’re very interested in behavioral finance, assessing clients’ investment personalities, and reminding them how emotional reactions can delay their goals. We also call clients during volatile markets to allay their concerns and encourage them to call when buying a second home, or sending a child to a state or private college,” David explains.

To help preserve clients’ assets and grow them to reflect a client’s comfort with risk, The Lusteg Dwyer Group uses the Merrill Lynch Wealth Management due diligence team to help select professionally managed portfolios of stocks, bonds and other asset classes. David and Kelly also coordinates with clients’ CPAs and attorneys to align tax minimization and estate planning strategies.
