Empower wealth creators. Educate wealth inheritors. Secure family legacy. We serve families for whom wealth has moved beyond achievement and become responsibility. Our work is built around the full ultra-high-net-worth lifecycle: creation, transition, and preservation—helping founders, owners, and families make consequential decisions with clarity, continuity, and control.
The Oberheide-Schlesinger Group
Welcome

We serve those whose wealth has outgrown conventional financial advice.
Our clients are founders, owners, executives, and multigenerational families facing decisions that extend well beyond portfolio management. At this level, the work is not simply managing capital—it is helping families organize complexity, preserve control, prepare heirs, and make better decisions across generations.
Our role is to operate above the portfolio: connecting wealth, family, enterprise, and legacy into a more durable advisory framework.

Our Approach
Philosophy

Wealth creates freedom, but unmanaged complexity can take it back. The more successful a family becomes, the more decisions multiply: ownership, liquidity, estate design, tax exposure, philanthropy, governance, lending, concentrated risk, family roles, and generational readiness.

Without architecture, these decisions become reactive. Without context, heirs inherit assets but not judgment. Without coordination, advice becomes activity rather than stewardship.

Our philosophy is to design for permanence without sacrificing flexibility. To preserve control without creating rigidity. To simplify where possible and structure where necessary.

The enduring families are rarely the ones with the most complex balance sheets. They are the ones with the clearest decision systems.
