AJ grew up on the southside of Des Moines and is a lifelong Iowan. Prior to joining Merrill, AJ worked in group and institutional retirement plan sales at Principal Financial Group. AJ earned his BA in Finance from Iowa State University and a MBA from Capella University. Outside of working with clients, you can find AJ on the golf course or somewhere cheering on the Chicago Cubs and Iowa State Cyclones. AJ currently lives in Des Moines with his wife Emma, daughter Addison, and goldendoodle Wilson.
