Profile

Bo Cramer joined Merrill as a Financial Advisor in 2011. As a member of the firm’s Global Corporate & Institutional Advisory Services (GCIAS) team, he uses a goals-based wealth management approach to help corporate executives and their families prioritize near-term and long-term objectives and simplify their financial lives. Bo delivers tailored strategies that include guidance on asset allocation, tax-minimization strategies, cash flow management, lending from Bank of America, retirement income, and wealth transfer. He is also a member of the GCIAS Investment Team, which supports portfolio construction for custom managed strategies.

Bo grew up in Charlotte and attended Vanderbilt University in Nashville, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. While at Vanderbilt, Bo was a member of the Commodores football team, which is part of the NCAA’s Southeastern Conference. Following a career-ending injury, he regrouped and assumed the role of student-assistant within the football program.

Bo and his wife, Mary Rachel, have called Atlanta home since 2011. They are blessed with two children, a son, Tripper, and a daughter, Sarah. The family is actively engaged in the local community through their involvement with Buckhead Church and City of Refuge. When time permits, Bo enjoys endurance sports and has completed multiple half and full Ironman distance events.
