Brittany joined Merrill Lynch Wealth Management after graduating summa cum laude from Christian Brothers University in Memphis, TN with a double major in Finance and Economics. As of January 1, 2023, the Global Corporate and Institutional Advisory Services team (GCIAS) oversees in excess of $100 billion of assets and liabilities for 100 public companies, their employees, and retirees.
Brittany uses a goals-based wealth management approach that transcends traditional strategies to enable clients to achieve personally meaningful outcomes. With this approach, she helps clients define goals and priorities, optimize resources, and choose effective solutions based upon her client's risk tolerance, time horizon, liquidity needs, and overall investment goals. Over time, Brittany works with clients to make adjustments that keep clients moving toward these important personal goals. For a corporate executive, this approach is especially powerful in balancing the risks and rewards of concentrated stock positions.
In 2010, Brittany successfully completed the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor designation and, in 2011, attained the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification – a designation awarded by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc. In 2021, she became a recognized Sports & Entertainment Accredited Wealth Management Advisor™ professional.

Data provided by SHOOK® Research, LLC. Forbes.com. America’s Top Women Advisors ranking was developed by SHOOK Research and is based on in-person, virtual and telephone due diligence meetings to evaluate each advisor qualitatively, a major component of a ranking algorithm that includes: client impact, industry experience, review of best practices and compliance records, firm nominations; and quantitative criteria, including: assets under management and revenue generated for their firms. Investment performance is not a criterion because client objectives and risk tolerances vary, and advisors rarely have audited performance reports. SHOOK’s research and rankings provide opinions intended to help investors choose the right financial advisor and are not indicative of future performance or representative of any one client’s experience. Past performance is not an indication of future results. Neither Forbes nor SHOOK Research receive compensation in exchange for placement on the ranking.
