Martha Spence
Martha has over 20 years of experience in financial services and just celebrated her 11th anniversary at Merrill.
As a CEPA professional, her area of focus is adding value for business owners using the methodologies of the Exit Planning Institute and resources of Merrill and Bank of America. Martha works with valued partners within the Exit Planning Community. She often collaborates with your CPA, attorney and family, as part of the overall planning and advisory process, to provide a truly bespoke experience.
Outside of the office Martha enjoys spending time with her son, who is headed off to college soon. Her hobbies are racing and volunteering with various charitable organizations.
Martha is a member of the Gainesville Rotary Club and enjoys serves on the annual Rotary Banquet Committee. In 2022, Martha was named a Paul Harris Fellow by the Rotary Club International. Martha also serves on the Board of the North Georgia Community Foundation.
