He has also served as Growth Committee Co-Chair for the Merrill Black Executive Leadership Council’s Atlanta Chapter, advocating for diversity and growth initiatives.   Before joining Merrill, Halliburton honed his knowledge at an Atlanta-based boutique private equity firm, specializing in the acquisition and transformation of lower middle-market service companies with annual revenues ranging from $50 to $250 million. Through targeted growth capital, operational efficiency, and strategic top-line enhancements, Halliburton helped craft high-value exit strategies for these enterprises, demonstrating his acumen in driving sustainable growth.   Committed to community leadership, Halliburton was appointed to the Corporate Cabinet of The Woodruff Arts Center in Atlanta and earned the distinction of becoming a member of the prestigious 100 Black Men of Atlanta. His dedication to education and mentorship is exemplified through his role as a Graduate Student Mentor at Georgia State University’s Robinson College of Business. Deeply connected to his heritage, Halliburton co-founded the Jamaican Chamber of Commerce of Atlanta Inc., advancing business opportunities within the Caribbean-American diaspora.   Throughout his career, Halliburton has cultivated long-term, trust-based relationships grounded in honesty, service, and a deep commitment to community impact.
