At The Kostival Sandoval Group, we cater to an impressive and growing circle of clients residing full-time and part-time in Florida and more than ten other states. Feeling like stakeholders in their lives and stewards of their wealth, we are as serious about our roles as clients are about their money.
Before our team joined Merrill in 2022, we cultivated trusted relationships with dozens of individuals and couples while working at JPMorgan Chase. Today, a new wave of clients has been referred to us. We believe that says more about our acumen and attention than we could ever say.
Who do we serve? Most clients are active and retired business owners whom we assist up to and through the sale of their enterprise and the retirement lifestyle they’ve worked hard to achieve. We also assist Spanish-speaking clients, members of the LGBTQ community, divorced and widowed spouses, and generations of families.
Working closely with both spouses and entire families, We utilize a goals-based, wealth management planning process with our clients.
More than anything, listening and learning from clients is a hallmark of our approach. With an appreciation of their visions and values, our strategies embrace a client’s past, present and future ambitions. By recognizing family dynamics and desires, we bring clarity to clients and ourselves. Only then, can we craft customized strategies that help clients navigate rewarding journeys.
Experience tells us that “the ideal retirement” means something different to each client. That’s why we ask questions, “What’s important to you? What are you saving for? What financial task occupies too much time? What’s your greatest joy and greatest fear?”
When it comes to investments, we consider macro-economic conditions, interest rates, currencies and other factors – then utilize internal research to formulate each client’s portfolio with multiple asset classes that may include equities, bonds, exchange traded funds, annuities and alternative investments*.
Given our banking backgrounds, we focus on both sides of clients’ balance sheets – assets and liabilities. For residential and securities-based lending, we offer access to specialists at Bank of America. We work with our clients’ legal and tax professionals to implement tax minimization and estate planning strategies.
On a personal note, we feel privileged to share passions and interests with clients. On golf courses and tennis courts, at restaurants and wine tastings, we enjoy good times with client families and often act as a community resource. (Each of us has lived in the area for between ten and 35 years.)
Our clients’ achievements and values have led to financial and personal success. We are proud to help manage their wealth responsibly and in the most respectful manner
