His team provides a "family office" experience by working with your attorneys, accountants and other professionals to help coordinate your financial and legacy approach. Ben has experience helping clients address important milestones such as retirement, education funding, inheritance or the sale of a business. He also focuses on managing concentrated stock positions and mitigating tax liabilities.He graduated from James Madison University with a B.S. in Psychology. Before joining Merrill in 2012, he worked as a management consultant in Washington, DC, where he helped institutional clients navigate and streamline organizational change. He lives in the Venetia area of Jacksonville with his wife, Whitney, and sons Benjamin and Hayes. In his free time can be found near the water, playing golf and relaxing with his family.
