Jeffrey Phipps

Jeffrey "Jeff" Phipps II joined Merrill in 2008 as a Wealth Management Advisor and has been helping individuals and families pursue their financial goals since 1994. With more than three decades of experience in the financial services industry, Jeff is committed to building long-term relationships and helping clients navigate the complexities of wealth management with confidence and clarity.
As a co-leader of The Phipps Group, Jeff plays an integral role in guiding client relationships and developing personalized wealth management strategies designed around each client's unique circumstances, priorities, and long-term objectives. He believes that successful financial planning begins with understanding what matters most to each client and family, and he takes pride in providing thoughtful guidance through every stage of life.
A Florida resident since 1980, Jeff earned his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Florida. He also holds a Florida Resident Agent License in Life Insurance and Variable Annuities and has earned the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor™ (CRPC™) designation. His extensive experience and commitment to ongoing professional development help him provide clients with informed perspectives and customized strategies tailored to their needs.
Known for his approachable demeanor, strong work ethic, and dedication to service, Jeff strives to make every client feel valued, heard, and supported. He is passionate about helping clients build financial confidence and believes that lasting relationships are the foundation of exceptional service.
Outside the office, Jeff enjoys spending time with his daughter and son and remains actively involved in his community. He has volunteered with numerous local service initiatives, supported youth sports programs, and previously served as a board member of St. Joseph's Episcopal School. His commitment to family, community, and service reflects the same values that guide his work with clients every day.
