Donald R. McLamb, Jr. joined Merrill in February 2018 as a Financial Advisor. He utilizes his over 25 years of financial industry experience to assist clients with connecting all aspects of their financial lives and to develop a personalized financial approach to achieve their goals. Don is a 1996 graduate of the University of Delaware with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting degree and a CPA license holder since 2001.
Don volunteers as a member of the Board of Directors for The Delaware State Fair and Delaware Military Academy. He serves as the Chair of the Finance & Budget Committee for both of these organizations. He is a past Chair of the Board of the Delaware Society of CPAs and a current member. He is also a current member of the American Institute of CPAs.
Don resides in Bear, DE with his wife Tracy and two daughters. They enjoy spending time together at the Delaware beaches.
