Ian joined Merrill Lynch Wealth Management in 2016 after serving at Morgan Stanley for nine years. Previously, he was President and CEO of a wholly-owned subsidiary of Media General, Inc. Ian’s experience includes taking one company public and another company private. He earned a BS in Business from the University of Bridgeport and attended the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Ian holds the Series 7, 31 and 66 FINRA registrations and State Insurance licenses. Ian concentrates on wealth preservation, portfolio management, investment planning and strategies for high net worth and high profile clients. He is very active on boards of philanthropic and community organizations and is the past Treasurer and Finance Chair of Temple Israel in Westport, CT.
Ian partners with experienced specialists at Merrill Lynch Wealth Management, who focus on Equities, Corporate Fixed Income, Municipal Fixed Income, Managed Portfolios, and Financial Planning Services.
