Who do we serve?

A growing circle of successful women and men who’ve been referred to us and continue to refer others. Residing across Connecticut and more than 20 other states, they include active and retired executives and others in the pharmaceutical and defense industries, physicians, business owners and many “millionaires next door” who’ve sacrificed and saved.


While diverse in their paths to our door, clients typically share a desire to engage, listen and trust. This suits us well, as we are devoted to educating and helping clients plan and prepare for important financial decisions.

At Noonan Gilmore Panucci & Associates, we measure our success by the tenure of our client relationships, the referrals we receive from clients, and our ability to enhance their wealth and well-being across generations. It is our intention to help clients make informed decisions about the direction and scope of their legacy.

As our clientele has expanded in size and geography, we've remained true to our mission – continuing a tradition of delivering intelligence and integrity. Time and again, we remind clients that "going the extra mile is never going out of our way."

That's why we extend our focus beyond your goals – to "holes" we find in your financial picture – areas that may have been ignored in a previous advisory relationship.

We will ask about and examine your trusts, wills and other important provisions. Truth be told, estate planning is another area in which we have extensive skills. We will also ask for the names of your' CPA and attorney, to align our tax minimization and estate planning strategies – and save you the time of coordinating our efforts.

While our team has decades of wealth management experience, our ages align nicely with those of clients "young and "older."' This allows us to cultivate enduring relationships in which mutual interests and experiences make conversations comfortable, rather than a formality.

When it comes to investments, we will craft your portfolio by accounting for your goals, investment timeline, cash-flow needs and risk tolerance, as well as considerations for longevity, inflation, interest rates and market conditions. We will also explain our rationales, so that you understand what you own and why.

We will also ask about and examine your cash flow and both sides of your balance sheet – assets and liabilities. Why? Because your ability to move smoothly from Point A to Point B can be compromised by how well you manage expenses and debt.

What do we believe?

• The more we know about clients, the better we can meet and exceed their expectations. That's why we work closely with both spouses, explain things in simple terms, and educate at every opportunity.

• While our titles are financial advisors, it is our privilege to also serve as sounding boards and life advisors – standing with and behind clients when they need us most. When a professional, financial or personal challenge can feel overwhelming, our ability to serve and desire to help are what clients richly deserve.
