Rachael Russell is a Financial Advisor with Merrill serving clients from the Front Range, including Fort Collins and Boulder. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Duquesne University and a Master of Business Administration from Colorado State University with a certificate in applied finance. Before becoming a financial advisor, Rachael spent nearly a decade in municipal government, where she developed a knack for developing strategic solutions for complex problems.
Rachael is passionate about helping clients navigate retirement, charitable giving, legacy planning, and major life transitions. She believes that financial success is not defined solely by numbers but by the ability to live freely, support the people and causes that matter most, and move confidently towards the future.
Outside of the office, Rachael is actively engaged in the Northern Colorado community. She serves on the Board of Directors for the Fort Collins Museum of Art and volunteers as a victim advocate with Fort Collins Police Services. Rachael and her husband, Trace, reside in Fort Collins, are members of the Fort Collins Country Club, and enjoy year-round outdoor activities including ice climbing, cycling, paddleboarding, and hiking.
