Earlier in his career, he served as an Annual Giving Officer with Pepperdine University. He earned his B.A. in Organizational Communication from Pepperdine, where he was named the Outstanding Student for Organizational Communication. A member of the Division I Varsity Tennis Team at Pepperdine for four years, Scotland began his tennis career as a walk-on and was named captain his senior year. He brings that same intensity, focus, and discipline to his role as a Financial Advisor, eager to contribute to the well-being of clients and their families.

Scotland lives in Oak Park, California, with his wife, Ruby, and their two young sons, Hudson and Grayson. In his free time, he enjoys playing tennis and golf.
