Zach Frangos is a 1977 graduate of the United States Coast Guard Academy and served as an officer on active duty and the reserves for 19 years. He has an MBA in Finance from Old Dominion University Norfolk, Virginia. Zach joined Merrill in 1982 and concentrates on advising clients in regard to their Portfolio Management and estate planning concerns. He holds the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor, CRPC designation. Zach is a qualified Portfolio Manager who, in addition to providing traditional advice and guidance, can help clients pursue their objectives by building and managing his own personalized or defined strategies, which may incorporate individual stocks and bonds, Merrill model portfolios, and third-party investment strategies. When servicing clients through the firm's Investment Advisory Program, a Portfolio Manager may manage his strategies on a discretionary basis. He is a former Director of the Coast Guard Academy Alumni Association where he served as Chairman of the Investment Advisory Committee. He is an Eagle Scout and active volunteer with the Boy Scouts of America and an Admissions Partner for the Coast Guard Academy, acting as a liaison between the Academy and cadet candidates. He lives in Moorpark with his wife, Kelly and sons Nicholas and Timothy.|Diana Santana has been with Merrill for 23 years and worked in the Financial Services Industry for over 28 years. Her responsibilities include attending to the administrative needs of clients. She is bi-lingual in Spanish and also provides notary services. She holds the title of Registered Senior Wealth Management Client Associate.
