“Personalized wealth management starts with a good process,” Bob says about his role as Senior Financial Advisor. “Selecting individual investments should be the last step of that process, based on each client’s goals and needs.”

The path that brought Bob to Merrill Lynch Wealth Management in 2005 supports his approach to financial strategies. As vice-president for a recorded music subsidiary of Time Warner, Bob’s operational experience and disciplined approach now guide his advice and service to his clients.

“In the current investing environment," Bob says, “the old adage, ‘Let cooler heads prevail,’ rings true. Often it’s difficult to keep emotion out of investing, and that’s where a careful process with an eye toward long-term goals can help avoid pitfalls.”

Bob lives in Oak Park, California with his wife, Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group Head of Key Global Accounts Robin Clark. Their daughter has a BFA in Dance, with which she teaches, choreographs, performs, and helps run a commercial dance studio - along with regularly doing standup comedy. Their son is principal environment technical artist for online videogame company ZeniMax in Hunt Valley, MD. 

Bob is a cum laude graduate of Duquesne University in his native Pittsburgh, having received numerous gold and platinum RIAA-certified sales awards for his promotional and operational efforts on music projects.
