Anna Yi

Anna Yi is a Senior Financial Advisor with the Ma Teigen Group at Merrill Lynch Wealth Management. Anna provides advice and guidance to an accomplished clientele, many of whom are wealthy Asian families. She supports multiple generations in acclimating to the American financial system, working in concert with her team members to delineate a more direct path to client goals. Drawing on more than a decade of experience, Anna strives to make clients’ financial lives easier and more efficient. She appreciates the distinctive needs of business owners, executives, and successful families, advancing their priorities through her hard work and reliable follow through.

The Ma Teigen Group is particularly skilled in helping clients capitalize on the resources available for building and transferring wealth more effectively, including tax-sensitive investing, business structuring, long-term planning, and higher-education savings. In addition, Anna and her team provide access to banking and lending opportunities through Bank of America. Anna began her financial services career in 2013. Her experience includes tenures with J.P. Morgan, US Bancorp, and PNC Bank. She has steadily taken on additional responsibilities throughout her career and has served as a Financial Advisor since 2019. Anna earned her M.B.A. in Finance from Mercer University in Atlanta. She also holds an M.B.A. in Economics and a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Ramon Magsaysay Technological University in the Philippines. Anna is fluent in Mandarin and has professional working proficiency in Yue (Cantonese).

In her free hours, Anna serves as the Vice President of the Badminton Club for the Chinese University Alumni Association Alliance of Southern California and is a member of the Badminton Club for the North America Chinese University Alumni Alliance.

Anna and her husband are avid badminton players and are members of the Los Angeles Badminton Club. They have a young daughter, who brings much joy to their lives. Weekends find them spending time outdoors and exploring new destinations.
