Jairo Rodriguez was raised in Salinas, CA and has called the Bay Area home since 2008. A former student‑athlete at San Francisco State University, where he earned his B.A., Jairo learned early the values of discipline, commitment, and perseverance, principles that continue to shape his personal and professional life.
Jairo began his financial services career in 2019 with Northwestern Mutual, where he developed a deep appreciation for helping individuals and families build clear, personalized financial plans. Today, as a Financial Advisor, he partners with families, business owners, and professionals to help them organize their financial priorities and design strategies aligned with their long‑term goals.
He is dedicated to being a trusted resource for his clients and strives to bring clarity and structure to the financial planning process. His mission is to help clients feel informed and confident as they work toward the lifestyle and security they envision.
Outside of work, Jairo is committed to giving back to his community. He volunteers with local high schools, coaching and mentoring student‑athletes in wrestling, and participates in local Rotary events.
He is Series 7 and 66 FINRA registered and holds the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor™, CRPC™ designation. Jairo lives in Belmont with his dog, Belfi, and enjoys working out, running, football, hiking, exploring new restaurants, traveling and spending time at the beach.
