Valentine Huang

With more than 24 years of financial services experience in Silicon Valley, Valentine Huang is a Portfolio Manager and Senior Financial Advisor who caters to corporations, affluent investors and families.  He strives to personalize his service by delivering bespoke solutions to help clients meet their most complex corporate cash and wealth management goals.

Prior to joining Merrill, Valentine was a Portfolio Manager and Wealth Advisor at Morgan Stanley's Menlo Park office on Sand Hill Road where he was also a Dedicated Equity Plan Specialist focused on helping clients to diversify their concentrated stock positions in a tax efficient manner.  He also strategically partnered with Morgan Stanley's Venture Services team where he worked closely with Venture Capital clientele to address their financial needs. Valentine also served as a Director and Vice President at various investment banks including Barclays Capital and Lehman Brothers as Head of their west coast Asia ex-Japan institutional equities desk.

Valentine is a graduate of the University of California Davis with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and is Series 7, 63, and 65 FINRA registered.  He lives in Belmont with his three sons and enjoys playing piano, golf, tennis, running, hiking, museums, symphonies, concerts and dining out.
