Desirae Aguirre

Desirae Aguirre is a Financial Advisor who focuses on helping business owners, entrepreneurs, and nonprofit leaders align their personal wealth with the organizations they have worked hard to build. Drawing from her own experiences as both a business founder and nonprofit leader, she understands the unique challenges of growing, protecting, and ultimately transitioning a successful enterprise.
 
Born in El Paso, Texas, and raised in Highland Park, Los Angeles, Desirae is a proud Latina whose values were shaped by the resilience, determination, and entrepreneurial spirit of the predominantly Latino community she grew up in. Those experiences taught her that perspective matters, representation matters, and that having the courage to use your voice can create opportunities not only for yourself, but for future generations.
 
Her entrepreneurial journey includes founding both a FinTech startup and a nonprofit organization. Through those experiences, she gained firsthand insight into the realities of bootstrapping a business, building high-performing teams, securing resources, and creating sustainable growth. She also learned that meaningful community impact requires more than a vision, it requires execution, collaboration, and long-term commitment.
 
With more than a decade of experience spanning mortgage banking, fixed-income securities, mergers and acquisitions, operations, compliance, and wealth management, Desirae brings a comprehensive perspective to financial planning. Today, she is passionate about helping business owners and nonprofit leaders preserve what they have built, grow their wealth with purpose, and create lasting legacies for their families, employees, and communities.

Desirae earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from California State University, Los Angeles, with a concentration in Management and a minor in Economics. She holds FINRA Series 6, 7, 63, and 65 registrations and currently resides in Downtown Los Angeles with her husband and their two dogs.
