Jonea Glaspie
For more than 20 years, Jonea Glaspie has been a trusted guide for wealth builders, business owners, and multigenerational families. As Partner of a Wealth Advisory team at Merrill, she blends financial strategy with human-centered planning to help clients build, preserve, and pass on wealth in ways that reflect their values and vision. Whether advising entrepreneurs navigating exits, guiding families on generational transitions, or supporting women in financial leadership, Jonea brings strategic clarity and empathy to every relationship.
Jonea’s career began with determination and lived experience. Working her way through college, she found her calling at a bank, where she discovered a passion for helping others solve financial puzzles. As a young real estate investor herself, she quickly related to wealth creators and entrepreneurs.
Before becoming a financial advisor, she built a 15-year career in financial services, holding VP-level leadership roles at Rockefeller Global Family Office and Merrill Lynch Wealth Management. Her work spanned client service, strategy, and organizational development.
Jonea lives with her husband in the Lake Hollywood Knolls area of Los Angeles. The newlyweds look forward to adding a Doberman Pinscher to their family. She enjoys walks around the Hollywood Reservoir, live music, wine tasting, travel, and most of all, creating lasting memories with family and friends.
