David Young is a Senior Vice President and Wealth Management Advisor with Merrill Lynch Wealth Management in Beverly Hills, California. He has been a financial advisor to affluent investors for more than 32 years.
The University of Chicago awarded Mr. Young an MBA in Finance in 1983. Additionally, he holds a Law Degree* (J.D. with High Honors) and a B.A. in Finance (Minors in Economics and Mathematics).
Since 1986, David has provided financial advice (including wealth management and retirement planning) to a wide range of investors. The clients who Mr. Young has served include corporate presidents and officers, charitable foundations, business owners, professionals, and affluent retirees.
David Young was previously the financial columnist for the Beverly Hills News. His column, "Market Watch", appeared weekly.
He previously served on the Board of Directors for the Greater Hollywood Food Coalition which provides meals and medical services to the homeless in Los Angeles.
Additionally, David is accomplished on the piano, keyboards, guitar, and drums. He is also an internationally award winning photographer and an avid scuba diver.
