Grant was born and raised in Boulder, CO before moving to the Washington DC area where he attended Gonzaga College High School. Grant then Graduated from the Pamplin School of Business at Virginia Tech. He began his professional career as the Registrar and Personal Financial Management teacher at Gonzaga College High School in Washington DC while also contributing to the school community as a rugby coach and soccer coach. Grant brought his education-oriented approach and growth mindset to Merrill in May 2017. Grant loves working closely with clients to formulate strong relationships and help bring comfort and understanding to an often complex financial world with a specific focus on clear objectives and a cooperative approach. He lives in the Chevy Chase neighborhood in Northwest Washington, DC with his wife, their two daughters, and their Golden Retriever. They can often be found hiking, at the playground, and traveling the world in search of adventure, fun new foods, and interesting cultural experiences.
